The rest of the standard-length episodes of season two.
Episode 24: The Expendable Agent
The spinner rack in this scene has real paperbacks, some of which have been identified in a thread on the SF&F Chronicles Forum. In this shot the paperback on the upper right has been identified as a Star Trek adaptation by James Blish.
Here is what the cover looks like.
The close up gives us a great look at another book.
Strange Happenings by Michael Hervey, 1967.
Several books from this shot have been identified. There are a couple of copies of 1963's Greasy Mad Stuff, a couple of copies of a Batman book, and a Doc Savage paperback.

Batman
Doc Savage (all Doc Savage books of this era had this back cover)
While the Chief had a box of Parliaments on his desk a few episodes back, the pack of cigarettes that KAOS uses for their bomb is Morley. The Morley name is not visible on the pack, but the horse is the Morley logo.
Morley cigarettes were a well-used prop brand of cigarettes, with packs appearing Psycho, The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Twilight Zone and many more.
Episode 26: Appointment in Sahara
USAF footage, specifics unknown
Episode 27: Pussycats Galore
Here you get the best look at the information card that appears on most payphones during the show's run. You can read the sentence "You can only dial numbers beginning with". I would guess Pacific Bell, especially as they did sometimes use that orange color.
